A kaleidoscope of Monarch butterflies illustrated on premium Italian Cotton is constructed into a short flouncy dress cinched with a statement buckle belt at about the waist. The statement butterfly sleeves are volume-ous at the top, dotted with fabric potli buttons at the raglan seem line as well as trimmings on the sleeve.
